This is our internal training resource and is an e-learning site providing benefits for all, wardens, the company, its clients and customers. The benefits are:
- Improved performance: research has found that higher education students in online learning generally performed better than those in face-to-face courses.
- Increased access: Instructors of the highest calibre share their knowledge.
- Convenience and flexibility to learners: it is self-paced and the learning sessions are available 24x7. Wardens are not bound to a specific day/time to physically attend classes. They can also pause learning sessions at their convenience. High technology is not necessary for our online courses. Basic internet access, audio, and video capabilities are common requirements. Depending on the technology used, wardens can begin their courses while at work and finish them at home on a different computer.
You will find a wide range of papers and book reviews and resources industry news and views. Wardens can submit questions and comments, each entry is reviewed and answered by me before it is placed on the e learning centre site
We have implemented our spring update for ClickClass last week. This update includes the following:
- The ability to allow more flexibility of how many items are displayed on your Dashboard.
- Improved speed and usability on the reports generated.
- A couple of optional fields that can be turned on and off in the user profiles.
